Refund & Return Policy

At Razor Barbershop, we take pride in delivering exceptional grooming experiences and premium products to our clients. Our Refund & Return Policy has been designed to be fair, transparent, and considerate to both our customers and our business operations.

1. Services

Personal grooming services, once provided, cannot be refunded due to their nature. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your haircut, beard trim, shave, or any other service, we encourage you to speak to your barber before leaving the shop. We will gladly make necessary adjustments or corrections free of charge within the same appointment.

If you notice any issues after leaving the shop, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will arrange a follow-up session to address your concerns.

2. Retail Products

We sell only high-quality grooming products that meet our standards. Returns or exchanges for products are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, must be presented.
  • For defective products, we will offer a replacement or full refund, even if the package is opened.

3. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased at Razor Barbershop are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law. They can be used for any service or retail product available in our shop and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

4. Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows

We value our barbers’ time and the schedules of our clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or failure to show up for your appointment may result in a cancellation fee or require a deposit for future bookings.

5. Special Circumstances

We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances can arise. Refunds, exchanges, or credits outside of the above terms may be granted at the sole discretion of Razor Barbershop management in cases such as:

  • Allergic reactions to grooming products.
  • Service interruptions due to power outages or emergencies.
  • Errors in billing or accidental overcharging.

6. Online Purchases

If you purchase grooming products through our website, the same return and refund terms apply. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
